On Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Yamamoto Honke will host the “Shinsei Spring Open Brewery” at the Fushimi Meishu Cooperative in Kyoto. Admission is free, and no reservation is required. The event will feature a variety of sake, including limited-edition brews and liqueurs, available for paid tastings. Guests can also enjoy sake tasting booths, a merchandise corner showcasing Kyoto’s long-standing shops, and performances by traditional Japanese taiko drummers.
