日本酒「招徳」を醸す、京都・伏見の招徳酒造は、2024年10月26日に秋の蔵開きを開催します。このイベントでは定番酒に加え、普段市場に出回らない限定酒を飲むことができます。これらの限定酒は当日限定で購入することもできます。また、フードを提供する屋台もあるので日本酒とフードのペアリングも楽しめます。決して派手なイベントではありませんが、招徳の日本酒をじっくり楽しみたい人にはオススメです。

Shotoku Kurabiraki Autumn 2024
The Shokutoku Sake Brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto, which brews the Japanese sake Shokutoku, will hold its Autumn Storehouse Opening on October 26, 2024. At this event, in addition to regular sake, visitors will be able to drink limited edition sake that is not usually available in the market. These limited edition sake will also be available for purchase on the day of the event. There will also be food stalls serving food, so you can enjoy sake and food pairings. This is not a fancy event, but it is recommended for those who want to take the time to enjoy Shotoku’s sake.
