Gyoza dumplings are a good match for the flavor and goodness of the skin with the natural wine. It also goes well with the sauce such as miso, vinegar, and chili pepper that is added to the gyoza. This bar’s gyoza is made with Kyoto-grown Kujo leeks and the addition of long-established black shichimi (seven spices) to the sauce.

This bar opens at 12:00 noon, so why not take a break after a day of sightseeing at temples and shrines?
