京都・伏見にある酒蔵のひとつ、黄桜が蔵開きを開催します。鏡開き、無料での振舞い酒のご用意、樽巻きの実演、通常時は非公開の製品充填ラインの公開など酒蔵ならではの企画が用意されています。その他、まぐろ寿司の販売、ステージライブの開催、子供向け企画など、家族で楽しめる企画も用意されています。黄桜は日本酒だけでなくクラフトビールの醸造にも注力しているため、当日は数量限定のビールも楽しめるでしょう。

The 5th Kizakura “”Fushimi-kura”” Storehouse Opening @Kyoto
Kizakura, one of the Sake Breweries in Fushimi, Kyoto, will hold a Sake Brewery Opening. The Sake Brewery will hold a Kagamibiraki (sake barrel breaking) event, free sake, and an open-house of the product filling line, which is usually closed to the public. There will also be family-friendly events such as tuna sushi sales, live stage performances, and children’s activities. Kizakura focuses on brewing not only sake but also craft beer, so visitors will be able to enjoy limited quantities of beer on the day of the event.
