2023年2月に京都河原町（四条木屋町下ル）にオープン予定のモダンアメリカン・カフェレストランです。鴨川沿いにあり、春から秋にかけては川床も出す予定。料理はクラシックなアメリカ料理をベースに、日本の季節感や素材を大切にし、今の時代のナチュラルさを取り込んだメニューを朝食から提供します。自家焙煎のコーヒーに加え、自社製のクラフトビールも楽しめます。
