【京都の新店舗】焼肉にく井（仮）

2023年2月、京都・先斗町四条上ルに焼肉割烹の店がオープンします。店舗の詳細は不明ですが、割烹スタイルの焼肉ですので、こだわり抜いたお肉を一品ずつ提供してくれるのでしょう。一品ずつ楽しめるのであれば、それと相性の良いお酒をペリアングすることもできます。場所は先斗町ということで客層は観光客になりそうです。京都まで来てわざわざ焼肉を食べるのかどうかはわかりませんが、外国人観光客にとっては新鮮な体験になるでしょう。

In February 2023, a yakiniku kappo restaurant will open in Shijo, Ponto-cho, Kyoto. Details of the restaurant are unknown, but since it is a kappo-style yakiniku restaurant, it will probably offer a variety of carefully selected meats, one dish at a time. If you can enjoy one dish at a time, you can also peruse the sake that goes with it. The location is Pontocho, so the clientele is likely to be tourists. I am not sure if they will come all the way to Kyoto to eat yakiniku, but it will be a fresh experience for foreign tourists.
