京都で人気の日本酒スタンディングバー「三徳六味」が3店舗目をオープンします。場所は錦小路新町西入ル。この店の特徴はスタンディングバーなのに料理の質が高いこと。名物のおでんはもちろん、経験豊富な料理人が作る創作料理が自慢です。揃えている日本酒の種類も多く、30種類程度から選ぶことができます。その中には珍しい銘柄も含まれていことも。オープン日は2025年1月。今から楽しみです。
Santoku Rokumi, a popular sake standing bar in Kyoto, will open its third location. The restaurant is characterized by the high quality of its food despite being a standing bar. It boasts not only its famous oden but also creative dishes prepared by experienced chefs. There is also a large selection of sake, with about 30 varieties to choose from. Some of them include rare brands. The restaurant will open in January 2025. We are looking forward to it.
