【京都の新店舗】日本酒バル しのび（京都市中京区）Sake Bar Shinobi

2025年4月1日に、京都に新しい日本酒バルがオープンします。店のスタイルやサービスは今のところ不明ですが、日本酒に興味を持つ外国人観光客が主な客層になるでしょう。また、ビルの4階での開業ということもあり、隠れ家的な店になるのではないでしょうか。日本酒好きとしてはどのようなラインナップの酒が提供されるのか楽しみです。※写真はイメージです（提供いただければ差し替えます）

A new sake bar will open in Kyoto on April 1, 2025. The style and service of the restaurant is currently unknown, but foreign tourists with an interest in sake will be the main clientele. Also, since it is opening on the fourth floor of a building, it will probably be a hideout. As a sake lover, I am looking forward to seeing what kind of sake lineup will be offered.
