山形県置賜地域の14の酒蔵が参加する日本酒イベントが今年も開催されます。置賜は米沢市を中核とし、長井市、南陽市、高畠町、川西町、小国町、白鷹町、飯豊町の3市5町で構成されています。米沢牛をはじめ、蕎麦、果物など、美味しいものがたくさんある地域として有名です。知名度の高い日本酒の銘柄としては「東光」や「米鶴」があります。
このイベントは他の日本酒イベントと異なり着席スタイルとなります。着席して米沢牛や伝統野菜など置賜産農産物を使用したオリジナルコース料理と日本酒のペアリングを楽しむことができます。席数は200席と決まっているので興味のある方は早めに申し込みましょう。
Fourteen Sake Breweries in the Okitama region of Yamagata Prefecture will participate in this year’s Sake Brewery event. Okitama consists of three cities and five towns, with Yonezawa City at its core, Nagai City, Nanyo City, Takahata Town, Kawanishi Town, Oguni Town, Shirataka Town, and Iide Town. The region is famous for its many delicious foods, including Yonezawa beef, soba noodles, and fruits. Well-known brands of sake include “Toko” and “Yonezuru.
Unlike other sake events, this event will be seated style. You will be seated to enjoy a sake pairing with an original course meal featuring Yonezawa beef, traditional vegetables, and other Okitama agricultural products. The number of seats is limited to 200, so those interested should register early.
