This Italian restaurant caters to vegetarians and vegans. The restaurant is run by an Italian man (husband) and a Japanese woman (wife). They are a very nice couple and create a warm atmosphere in the restaurant. They can speak three languages (Japanese, Italian, and English), so they have many foreign customers.
The restaurant does not use seasonings or genetically modified foods and focuses on additive-free vegetarian cuisine, using local and Kyoto organic vegetables as much as possible. Because many of the ingredients are precious, the volume of the dishes may be smaller than at other restaurants. However, you will be able to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients we have carefully selected.
Alcohol is mainly natual wine, but Japanese sake is occasionally served. Currently, only lunch is available for meals. The cafe is open until 18:00.
