The restaurant that serves the very popular carbonara with lots of black pepper has reopened. Although the store’s interior and the staff’s attire are unique, the restaurant is well-liked by men and women of all ages for its courteous service and delicious, reasonably priced food.

The cuisine is based on Italian cuisine with a fusion of Japanese and Chinese dishes. A particularly popular dish is the Shiso Spaghetti. This is a traditional southern Italian seafood pasta dressed with genovese, arranged with shiso leaves instead of basil. The dish is visually impressive and has the quaintness of letting customers enjoy the process of mixing the shiso leaves and pasta.

The owner’s philosophy is that “a restaurant should be entertaining in all aspects, including taste, presentation, service, and space.
