日本酒「女城主」を醸す岐阜県恵那市にある酒蔵・岩村醸造は、2024年2月と3月の６日間で蔵開きを開催します。当日は新酒や冬季限定の日本酒などの有料試飲のほか、様々なフードを楽しむことができます。参加費の1,000円で10ポイントを獲得し、日本酒によって試飲に必要なポイントが異なります。また、1日100本限定で販売される「門外不出のレア酒」も登場するようです。
Iwamura Brewery, a sake brewery located in Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, which brews the Japanese sake “Onnajyoshu,” will hold a Sake Brewery Open Days over six days in February and March 2024. On the day of the event, visitors can enjoy paid tastings of new sake and winter-only sake, as well as a variety of food. For every 1,000 yen spent to participate in the event, participants earn 10 points, and the points required for sake tasting vary depending on the sake. There will also be “rare sake out of the gate” that will be available in limited quantities of 100 bottles per day.
