A particularly recommended dish is char-grilled wild boar meat delivered from a hunter in Kyotango. This dish has a powerful flavor with few peculiarities, and the presence of the ingredients stands out. Another popular dish is the pasta with callus and white onion. Sake is an excellent partner for fish roe. Enjoy pairings that wine does not.
