Hattori Shoji, operator of the bakery-cafe RUFF and the contemporary art gallery ARTRO in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, is opening a coffee-focused café-dining establishment in the Takeda Station neighborhood. In addition to home-roasted coffee, the restaurant will offer a special lunch and dinner menu. The coffee is specialty coffee carefully roasted with a German Probat roasting machine, and the coffee beans will be sold as well.
